Riverfront Development between Hwy 70 & Hwy 364

The City of St. Charles is developing a prime waterfront mixed use project located directly on or immediately adjacent the Missouri River, bounded by South Main Street on the West, South River Road on the South and the Blanchette Memorial Bridge on the North.
